Why On-Site Attendants are Required at Every Photo Booth Event
We know that COVID-19 regulations are constantly changing. With that, guests counts are often limited based on capacity restrictions.
A question we commonly get asked with photo booth inquiries is, “is it mandatory that my photo booth package include on-site attendants?” The short answer to this question is yes, and here’s why.
1. In the Case of Technical Difficulties Just like with any piece of new technology, there are instances in which technical difficulties may unexpectedly occur on-site at your event. On-site attendants are there to ensure that your event flows smoothly and should any technical issues come up, be there to solve them on the spot.
2. Paper Jams and Re-Fills Similar to a standard computer printer, our photo booth printer may run out of paper. Our on-site attendants will be there to fill the prints with a new roll of prints once the existing roll runs out to ensure all your guests are able to leave with physical copies.
3. Answer Any Questions In the case you or your guests have any questions about the photo booth - such as where to stand, where to look, and any other general inquires - our on-site attendants are selfie experts and will be there to answer any questions/concerns you may have.
4. Limiting Touch Points and Sanitization More than ever, health and safety are of utmost importance. Our on-site attendants will be there to sanitize all common surfaces and props throughout the duration of your event. We also ensure only our staff touches the mirror touchscreen to limit exposure.
